Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you as it received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (L / R 1662) dated 5/7/1440, which referred to the letter of Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers No. (28575) dated (22/6/1440) and the duty of the Supreme Order No. (64363) dated (16/12/1439) as stated in item (2) that Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers to prepare the issuance of a professional manual for the valuation of fixed and movable assets for the purpose of dispossession of real estate for public benefit, which is including an annex containing approximate prices of the movable assets and all the components in (six months) period and is updated periodically by the Commission.
The Commission stated that it had completed the preparation of the manual and annex referred to in the Royal Decree, and they were posted on the website www.taqeem.gov.sa.
